A partner-first telephony platform

Own the relationship.
We'll run the platform.

WPPBX gives partners a full-feature PBX to deploy for their customers, under your brand, your pricing, your relationship. The platform is ours. The business is yours.

Yours to brand

White-label admin, your logo and colours, your pricing. Your brand on the console and the phones your customers use.

Ours to run

We handle the platform, scaling, hardening and uptime. You focus on customers and revenue.

Theirs to love

A full-feature PBX, with recording, voicemail, transcription, IVR, and analytics, in a fast, clean admin console.

Platform

A serious PBX, without the serious deployment.

Every capability your customers expect from a modern cloud PBX, ready to configure on day one. No setup projects, no professional services, no DIY integrations.

Multi-tenant from day one

Each customer is a logically isolated tenant with its own extensions, routing, recording and retention. Scale as many as your plan allows. Each one configured, branded and billed on your terms.

  • Isolated tenants
  • Extensions
  • SIP trunks
  • DID ranges

Recording, voicemail, transcription

Selective recording with configurable retention. Voicemail to email. On-demand transcription of voicemail and recordings. Every recording obeys your consent and retention policies.

  • Per-call recording
  • Retention policy
  • VM → email
  • Transcripts

White-label, properly

Your logo and your colours on each customer’s management console. When a customer reaches a plan limit, the console tells them, with no WPPBX name or price in sight.

  • Logo & theme
  • Per-customer look
  • Own pricing
  • No WPPBX name

Real-time analytics & CDR

Live dashboards and call-detail records you can export on demand, so you can answer a billing question or prove a call happened without opening a ticket with us.

  • Live dashboards
  • CDR export
  • Per-tenant view

The platform is ours to keep current

We build the engine, publish the updates and run the portal you manage everything from. A new engine version is a button in your dashboard, not a maintenance window you have to plan.

  • One-click engine updates
  • Portal run by us
  • Version tracked

Partner Portal for your business

Billing, licences, support tickets and your own branding, in one place. Add your team, give them the access they need, and run your voice business from a single console.

  • Billing
  • Licences
  • Support
  • Your team
Built for operators

Deploy in minutes, not months.

One guided wizard installs the engine, sets up the security certificate and adds your first customer. No manual tuning. No late night escalations.

When you are ready, CDR exports let you feed your own reporting, or you can simply run WPPBX as the whole stack.

The partner journey

Three steps from sign-up to MRR.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Register in a couple of minutes and your account is live straight away. You get an owner login and your Reseller Portal, with no approval step at all.

  2. 02

    Deploy your first tenant

The Setup Wizard installs the engine on your server, sets up the security certificate and connects the first customer. Hand-off to your customer in minutes, under your brand.

  3. 03

    Scale, specialise, grow

Add tenants, turn on the features each customer pays for, and repeat. The more you deploy, the more the platform gets out of your way.

The world doesn’t need another phone company. It needs a thousand local experts, each running one. That’s what WPPBX is for.

Frequently asked

Questions worth answering.

What does "white-label" actually mean?

Your name, logo and colours on your Partner Portal and on each customer’s management console, and, if you choose, on their browser phone, Windows app and mobile app. When a customer reaches a plan limit, the console tells them, with no WPPBX name or price in sight. If a customer’s service is ever paused, their screens show your support email and phone, not ours. WPPBX stays in the background. More about white label.

Do I need to be a telephony expert?

No. The Setup Wizard walks you through every step. You need a server to install our engine on (a standard Linux VM is fine) and a SIP trunk or carrier agreement for outbound calls. Everything else is configuration, not integration.

How does billing work?

You pay WPPBX a subscription per seat, on a graduated scale, so the more seats you hold the less each one costs. You bill your customer whatever you like on top. Annual plans are discounted. All billing runs through Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record, which handles VAT / sales tax worldwide.

Where can I use it?

Globally, with three operating models: direct-sales countries where WPPBX contracts with you directly; partner-led countries where a local partner provides first-line support and the carrier interconnect; and restricted territories where sanctions or regulation make service impractical. WPPBX licenses the software and does not supply telephone carriage, numbers or interconnect in any country; those are arranged by you or your partner with your own carrier. See the Supported Countries page for the current picture.

What about emergency calling?

WPPBX does not provide emergency-services calling. Whether a call to an emergency number (911, 112, 999, 10111) reaches an operator depends on the carrier or SIP trunk you’ve configured. Every tenant must inform end users of this in writing and maintain an alternative means of contacting emergency services.

How quickly can I start?

Registration is instant, so you can be in the portal the same day and provision your first tenant once your server is ready. The wizard handles the heavy lifting, and your first MRR tick depends on how fast you sell.
