About WPPBX

Your server. Your brand.
Our platform underneath.

WPPBX is a PBX platform built for the resellers who sell it. We make the engine software and the Reseller Portal you run your business from. You deploy tenants on a VPS you own, single-tenant or multi-tenant, under your brand and your pricing. What follows is the product itself, screen by screen.

How it fits together

You run the tenants. We build what runs them.

This is the fact everything else on the page rests on. The PBX runs on a server you own. WPPBX supplies the engine software that installs onto it, plus the portal and the management that keeps it licensed, branded, supported and current.

Your VPS, your tenants

The engine installs onto a server you own and control. Your customers’ extensions, routing and recordings live there, on your infrastructure, on your account with your hosting provider. The portal keeps track of what is running where.

Single-tenant or multi-tenant

Provision a dedicated engine for one customer, or run many customers as tenants on a single multi-tenant engine. Both are first-class paths in the same Setup Wizard, and an existing draft can be attached to a multi-tenant engine you already run.

The portal is ours to run

Licensing, billing, support, branding, roles, the audit trail and the engine builds themselves are hosted and maintained by us. You log into the Reseller Portal and use it. Keeping it patched and current is our job.

Inside the platform

The product, screen by screen.

Four surfaces make up WPPBX. The portal you run your business from, the console your customer runs their phone system from, the browser phone their staff answer on, and the app they carry. These are real screens, with the names, addresses and keys replaced.

What you use. Capturing a customer, standing up their server, and billing them, all under your own brand.

Overview › Dashboard

Five counters, then every server underneath

Total engines, tenants, active and licensed, and the one complimentary free licence. Then a card per server with its version, CPU, memory and disk, and how many calls are up on it. When the voice engine stops answering, the card says so and offers to restart it.

Setup Wizard

Fourteen steps, no guesswork

From an empty server to a customer with verified DNS and a working certificate, one step at a time.

Overview › Tenants

Every customer on one line

Name, company, domain, status, licence and which server carries them. Drafts sit here too, before an engine exists.

Tenants › Tenant Whitelabel

Their console, your brand

Your customer's Management Console in your colours and your logo, previewed live before you save.

Billing › Billing & Invoices

Licences and invoices, both readable

What you were charged, what you own, and which unused licence goes to which customer. Every invoice opens in full.

Support

Two streams, one thread

Tickets your customers raised and tickets you raised with us, each as a conversation with its own history.

Overview › Access Graph

Your whole estate as a map

You at the centre, your servers around you, every customer hanging off one. Filter by connected, ready or pending.

Settings › Reseller Whitelabel

The portal wearing your brand

Your name, logo and colours across every page, so your team never sees ours. The preview updates as you pick.

Settings › Admin Users

Four roles, printed on the page

Owner, Admin, Technical and Accounts, with a grid showing exactly which pages each one reaches.

Settings › Audit Log

Who did that, and from where

An owner-only record of every action on the account, with the address it came from. Filter it down by category.

And plenty this tour skips

Nine screens is a walk through, not an inventory. The portal carries more, and every page wears the branding you set.

Profile and two-factor Notifications Roadmap Legals Session timeout

Your brand on the console. Your name on the invoice. Your server under the calls. We build the platform underneath and keep it current.

Start with one tenant. Then sell the next one.

The Setup Wizard is the first screen you will see.
